K2 BRAKE CALIPER PAINT 400ml YELLOW

Description

High temperature caliper paint formulated with high quality resins. It creates a durable protective coating, works anti-corrosive and ensures the unique appearance of  brake calipers in your car.

Directions:
1. Use for caliper painting with or without disassemble.
2. Clean the surface with a sanding paper of 240-360 grade prior to painting.
3. Degrease surface.
4. In case of painting without disassemble completely mask all the surrounding parts.
5. Shake the can for 2 minute before use.
6. Apply 2-3 coats from the distance of 20-30 cm, with 10 min. intervals. Do not allow the product to coat friction elements, cables and moving brake parts.

Drying time 30-60 min, full cure 12h at 20°C.

Description

K2 Proton is a highly efficient and effective protective wax, based on the hardest know Carnauba wax. Provides mirror shine and intensifies paintwork colour. Easy to apply and polish. For a long protection period, even up to dozen or more wash cycles. After its application the paint becomes completely smooth allowing water droplets to runoff the paintwork.

Directions:

1. Wash and dry the paintwork before using the product. In order to reach maximum durability use K2 Clay bar (L700) to remove deposits and K2 Klinet (L761) to degrease paintwork.
2. Apply the wax with a sponge on max 1-2 elements at a time.
3. Let it dry for 2-5 minutes (no fingerprints left after touch)
4. Polish with a microfibre.

Note: Do not use on direct sunlight or heated surface

• Ceramic coating is currently known in the world as the most durable form of protection for paintwork and other surfaces. After use on the paintwork surface it builds a transparent and invisible layer 2-3 microns thick, thanks to which the paintwork is completely isolated from the effects of all external factors.

• Advantages

• K2 GRAVON protects the surface from scratches, dirt, UV rays, grit salt, bird droppings, rains and tree sap, remnants of insects, corrosion and mechanical damages, caused for example by stone hits.
  
  It also protects against the appearance of gloss reducing defects, especially circular scratches. Thanks to the ceramic coating, there is no need to wax the vehicle. Furthermore, due to the excellent dirt repulsion and selfcleaning properties the need for vehicle wash can be also reduced.
  
  In contrast to waxes, ceramic coating cannot be washed off with chemical agents, and so it is the most stable manner known for surface protection. The only way the coating can be removed is machine polishing. This coating also protects against graffiti as the paint does not stick to the surface and can be easily removed.

• Application

• K2 GRAVON coating can be applied not only to the paintwork, but also to rubber, plastic, metal and glass. It can be highly recommended for various automotive, yachting, aviation and industrial applications.

• Directions

• Optimum application conditions:
  1. Surface temperature between 10-35°C.
  2. Apply indoors or in shaded areas.
  3. Do not apply in excessive humidity conditions.
• Surface preparation:
  1. Clean and thoroughly dry the paintwork.
  2. The paintwork surface should be free of tar, dirt, waxes, oils and original manufacturer protection. Use K2 CLAY BAR to remove any residual dirt in microelements of the paintwork.
  3. Paint defects and scratches should be polished, e.g. using a polishing machine and K2 LUSTER polishing pastes.
• Application:
  1. Before applying the ceramic coating thoroughly degrease the paintwork using K2 KLINET degreaser and K2 BONA microfibre.
  2. Shake the bottle well and apply 6-8 drops to a dry wipe covering the applicator.
  3. Apply with criss-cross motion on a surface no larger than 50x50cm for at a time.
  4. Let the coating work for 2-3 minutes in a temperature of app. 20°C, then polish the surface with a microfiber cloth (a higher temperature will shorten the drying time, a lower temperature will increase it). Do not allow the coating to dry on the paintwork.
  5. After finishing the first coat, wait for at least 1 hour and then apply the next layer (for the max. hardness it’s recommended to apply 3 layers).
  6. Optionally, after finishing the last coat, K2 GRAVON RELOAD can be applied for additional glide and colour depth.
• After use:
  1. Leave the car preferably indoors in a dry place for min. 8 hours.
  2. Do not wash the car with any chemical compounds for the next 7 days.
  3. For regular coating maintenance (every 3-6 months), it is recommended to use K2 GRAVON RELOAD.

• Description

• K2 GRAVON LITE is the simplest and fastest ceramic coating in application, which protects the paint against scratches, dirt, UV rays and other external factors. The coating can be applied in layers increasing the protection with each subsequent layer even up to 2 years.
• Ceramic coating is an excellent alternative to car waxes, and due to its excellent repelling properties, the frequency of washing can be reduced.
• Unlike waxes, the ceramic coating cannot be washed off with chemicals, which is why it is the most durable way to protect the paint. The only way to remove the coating is by machine polishing. The ceramic coating also protects against graffiti, the paint applied does not adhere to the surface and is easy to remove.
• Product K2 GRAVON LITE 30 ml is enough to apply 2 layers to the paint (depending on the size of the car).
• Set contains K2 Gravon Lite 30 ml + applicator + 2 wipes.

• USAGE:

• I. Optimal application conditions
• Apply in a room or shaded area.
• II. Surface preparation
• Wash and dry the paint thoroughly, the surface should be free from dirt.
• III. Application
• Before applying the ceramic coating, degrease the surface thoroughly with the K2 T6 KLINET using microfiber - e.g. microfiber K2 Bona. Shake the bottle thoroughly and apply 6-8 drops on a dry wipe wrapped around the applicator. Apply crosswise, one time on up to 2 pieces. After 5 - 10 minutes from application, polish the surfaces with microfiber (higher temperature shortens the drying time, lower temperature lengthens it). Do not allow the coating to dry on the varnish. After the first coat has been applied and polished, wait for min. 1 hour and apply another coat of paint.
• IV. After application
• Do not wash the car with any chemicals for the next 7 days.

• Directions: Tear off a 10-20 gram piece of clay and knead the shape of a flat disk in hands. The finish surface should be previously washed with shampoo. Knead the shape of flat disc again once the clay collect the right amount of dirt.
